Narrative agency can bridge the gap between an interesting premise and a protagonist who reaches out and grabs your readers. Join literary agent Paula Weiman for a workshop that defines narrative agency, provides examples of how this concept is implemented in different genres and age categories, and shares revision strategies to ensure your protagonist is interacting with the plot the way you want them to. This 90-minute session will include time to apply these strategies to your own work so it’s recommended that you come prepared with a synopsis or short outline of the project you’d like to revise.
